SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT

To help provide timely service to our patients, we prefer to schedule all visits.

If you are later than 15 minutes for your appointment, we will try to work you back into the schedule, or perhaps ask you to reschedule your appointment if there are no remaining time slots for that day.

  • Appointments Take Priority

We encourage all visits to be made via appointment. If we have availability we will try to accomodate a walk-in sick visit. However, patients with appointments will be prioritized and those without one will be worked in based on our patient flow.

  • Sick Appointments

We make every effort to schedule appointments for sick children on the day that you call us. Please call our office ahead of time for a sick child appointment.

If you have a medical emergency during office hours, we will do our best to see your child immediately or refer you to an appropriate facility.

  • Well Appointments

Did you know regular well child visits are one of the most important things you can do to keep your child healthy? Well child visits also provide you with the opportunity to discuss any questions or concerns you may have about your child’s health.

We recommend that you call our office at least 3-6 months in advance to schedule an appointment with your child's primary care provider on the date that best fits your needs. Even better, schedule your next well-check each time you leave a visit at our office!

  • Non-Emergency Walk-Ins

Patients who walk in with a non-emergency condition will be fit into the existing schedule as best as possible if time allows. You may be asked to schedule an appointment later in the day or come back another day should the schedule be full.
