INSURANCE & BILLING
WE ACCEPT MOST INSURANCE CARRIERS
Please have your card with you at the time of your visit. If we file your claim, you are responsible for only the co-pay at the time of the visit. If we are not a provider for your insurance, if you are not insured or if we do not file with your insurance company, you may be responsible for the entire charge at the time of service. Be sure to check with your insurance provider to ensure coverage before scheduling an appointment.
We are currently in-network or pending approval for the following carriers:
Approved and ready to take:
- BCBS (no pathway plans, if HMO we MUST be listed on your card as your PCP)
- Cigna
- United Healthcare
- Freedom Life (must know your vaccine benefits!)
- First Health Network (must know your vaccine benefits!)
- Liberty Health Share (must know your vaccine benefits!)
- Medi-share (must know your vaccine benefits!)
- Tricare Select only (currently contracted but out-of-network status, working on becoming in-network)
In process:
- Georgia Medicaid (very close!)
- Peachstate/Peachcare
- Amerigroup
- Aetna - working, will keep this page UTD for status changes.
